GIS for Water, Wastewater and Stormwater Utilities
CyberTech runs managed ArcGIS for US water utilities. Your team works on the network. We keep the platform underneath it running.
Where Water Utilities Get Stuck
Most utilities we talk to have at least one of these. Usually more than one.
The Platform Is Past Its Useful Life
ArcMap and the geometric network are at the end of their supported life. Every ArcGIS release widens the gap.
Crews Don't Fully Trust the Network Data
Crews double-check isolation traces before they act. The data is slowing the response down instead of driving it.
Systems Have Drifted Apart
Asset, work order and customer systems each hold their own version of the truth. Reconciling them is now someone's recurring job.
Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to CyberTech unless you choose to share it.
Areas of GIS Transformation
Six capabilities, all delivered by the team that runs your platform. Nothing gets handed between vendors.
ArcGIS Cloud Modernization
Move ArcGIS Enterprise and the Utility Network off aging on-premises hardware. It runs in your cloud or ours. We engineer for performance and recovery rather than lift and shift.
Managed ArcGIS Cloud ServicesArcGIS Managed Services
We run the platform, database, data quality and integration work under defined service levels. Platform admin stops competing with your team's GIS priorities.
Explore MACSUtility Network Management
We assess your geometric network and design a water-specific Utility Network model. Production data is migrated with topology, subnetworks and traces validated before go-live, not after.
ArcGIS Utility Network servicesArcGIS System Integration
One authoritative asset record across your EAM, CMMS and ERP systems. Update direction is set deliberately for each process, not by whichever system connected first.
GIS Apps Development
Governed ArcGIS Pro, web and mobile tools built around how your teams actually work. Automation removes the manual steps in between.
Geospatial AI Services
Turn network and operational data into something your teams can act on. GeoAI and assistants only work on a data foundation you can trust.

Water, Wastewater and Stormwater
The same platform, three different sets of operational questions.
Water Distribution
When a main breaks, which valves close? Which customers get notified? That answer should come from the network model, not from institutional memory. It depends on connectivity, valve status and service-point links being right in the data.
Wastewater Collection
Gravity networks, lift stations and force mains behave differently from pressurized distribution. The model has to represent that. Otherwise flow direction and upstream tracing are not usable for maintenance planning or overflow response.
Stormwater
Stormwater assets are usually the least completely recorded of the three. Inspection programs depend on knowing what exists and when it was last checked. Field data capture matters more here than network tracing.
Built for the Standards Water Utilities Are Held To
Every engagement runs on DataSafe™, our security framework for hosting utility GIS data. Encryption, access control and audit-ready practice are in place from day one.
ISO 27001
A certified information security management system. It covers how we handle customer data and how we run managed environments.
CMMI DEV/3
Appraised delivery processes, increasingly requested in utility RFPs as evidence of documented engineering practice.
AWIA and EPA Context
Built to support the cybersecurity expectations utilities work to. Those come from the America's Water Infrastructure Act and EPA guidance.
