Gloucester County relies on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to power essential public services from infrastructure planning and asset management to emergency response and day-to-day county operations. Gloucester County’s ArcGIS Enterprise environment runs on AWS infrastructure, operated day-to-day by CyberTech through its Managed ArcGIS Cloud Services (MACS) Advanced offering. As part of this managed service, CyberTech executed a structured, validated upgrade of the platform moving the County to a current, supported ArcGIS Enterprise release through a staged process designed to minimize disruption to production services running on AWS. The result is a modernized, currently supported ArcGIS Enterprise platform on AWS, giving the County a stable, scalable foundation to grow its GIS capabilities well into the future.
