Essential Job Functions
- Play a critical role in selling new SAP opportunities, leading SAP implementation projects, managing SAP client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, majorly focused on SAP S/4HANA (RISE and Grow), SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud solutions.
- SAP Solutions Engineer/ Enterprise Architect and Delivery:
- Work with SAP AE to capture new SAP S/4HANA and BTP opportunities;
- Work collaboratively to capture several SAP RISE, BTP and Cloud potential opportunities;
- Collaborate with AEs and SAP clients to gather requirements and design SAP RISE/SAP BTP solutions that deliver client business transformation needs;
- Serve as an SAP Enterprise Architect with expertise in SAP Clouds, products, solutions implementation and migration best practices;
- Build proposals, SAP To-Be solutions, pilots and transformed SAP business processes demonstrating strong understanding of SAP Digital Core, SAP Analytics, Digital Supply Chain technologies, AI and Automation;
- Work with SAP Practice leaders and BU head win business and drive success;
- Propose optimal technology solutions based on industry best practices and SAP product line;
- Review clients’ solution architectures and recommend optimization/enhancement options considering AI, Automation and other newer technology solutions;
- Represent CyberTech at various conferences and present CyberTech solutions, success stories, case studies, etc.;
- Client Engagement Management:
- Own assigned named client SAP engagements and manage technical, legal, contractual items as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) post award of the project;
- Build trusting relationships with these clients, understand their SAP business objectives, and act as the primary point of contact for aspects of the project. Add value to clients with their SAP landscape and operational/business outcomes;
- Build trusting relationship with CyberTech’s SAP Delivery organization and escalate tricky situations to VP/BU Head. Deal with and add value to delivery team as the on-site expert and client owner;
- Work with Client, Esri and SAP representatives to maintain harmony and alignment in account;
- Conduct regular meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to update them on project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns;
- SAP Project Management Onsite Support:
- Help SAP Delivery Managers (DMs) in project planning and client communication;
- Develop/establish timelines, budget, and quality standards with Client;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and external stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science plus 5 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing SAP S/4HANA (RISE and Grow), SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud solutions; and managing and growing large customer engagements.
Special Skills Required
- SAP Certified Associate Certificate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Sales; SAP S/4HANA (RISE and Grow); SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform); SAP Cloud products, solutions, and migration best practices; SAP Digital Core, SAP Analytics, Digital Supply Chain technologies; SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SAP Field Service Management, and SAP Enterprise Asset Management; SAP BPA (Business Process Automation), SAP Build Workzone, SAP Joule AI and WalkMe; SAP DPA (Digital Payment Add-on).
Salary: $180,000 per year.
