GIS Account Executive

Job Description

  • A Hard driving Account Executive responsible for generating/closing sales opportunities
  • Capture new business with new customers (targets specified, inbound leads, etc.)
  • Works in tandem with Solution Engineer to close sales opportunities and drive revenue
  • Capture new business from existing customers (valued at >$500K)
  • 5+ years of experience and success selling enterprise software solutions
  • Proven Experience in selling GIS Professional Services
  • Engaging, thoughtful and consultative
  • Projects company values and morals
  • Accountable for Sales results

Direct and ESRI Partner Led Sales

  • Esri and GIS Professional Services
    • Direct Clients
    • Esri Alliances Led
  • Managed ArcGIS Cloud Services
  • Business Development Activities with other Esri Partners


  • Capture new Geospatial and GIS business opportunities with new customers
  • Develop a pipeline of GIS Professional Service Project opportunities
  • Work jointly with GIS Solution Engineer to close sales
  • Understanding of Esri Technology Stack
  • Ability to focus on Direct and ESRI Partner Led Sales – Managed ArcGIS Cloud Services
  • Answerable to Sales Results

Other Requirements:

Location : Trevose, PA, USA and travel to clients as needed
