The Deployment Decision

Where should your ArcGIS run?

Our cloud. Your cloud. Your data center.

Three ways to get managed ArcGIS Enterprise, with the same team, same SLA and same DataSafe™ security model behind all of them. What changes is where the platform lives and who holds the keys.

Not sure which fits?

Three quick questions. No email required to see the answer.

Question 1 of 3
1Who should hold the cloud contract and the infrastructure bill?
2Does policy or regulation constrain where the data can physically sit?
3What cloud and platform capacity do you have in house?

Likely fit:

A CyberTech GIS expert will confirm it against your actual setup.

What actually changes between the three

Same accountable team, same SLA, same DataSafe™ security model in all three. The difference is where the platform lives and who holds the keys.

Already running this way

Public water, county government and transit. These are estates where downtime is a public-facing event.

CyberTech's team jumped in to demonstrate what they could do before any contract existed. That track record is why we keep choosing them.

What buyers ask before they call

What happens to our existing Esri licensing or Enterprise Agreement?

Your Esri licensing stays yours. CyberTech operates the platform under your existing agreement. We do not resell your licenses or take assignment of them. If your EA is up for renewal we can help you size it against the architecture we recommend, but the relationship with Esri remains directly yours.

Can we move between the three later, or exit entirely?

Yes. The security model and operating runbooks are the same across all three, so moving from our cloud into your own tenancy later is a migration, not a rebuild.

Exit terms, environment handover and knowledge transfer are written into the managed services agreement rather than negotiated at the point you want to leave.

Does this replace our GIS team?

No. CyberTech takes on platform administration: patching, upgrades, monitoring, backup, incident response. Your GIS staff keep the work that needs institutional knowledge: data, analysis, applications and the relationships with the departments they serve.

In most engagements the change people notice is that GIS staff stop being on call for infrastructure.

Who holds administrative access to the environment?

In our cloud, CyberTech holds infrastructure administration and you hold ArcGIS administration. In your cloud and your data center, you retain infrastructure ownership outright and CyberTech operates through named, auditable accounts inside your existing identity and access controls.

In all three, access is individually attributed. No shared credentials.

How is this priced, and how long does a migration take?

Our cloud is an all-inclusive subscription covering hosting and operations. Your cloud is a managed services fee with cloud consumption billed directly to you by AWS or Azure, so you keep your existing rates and commitments. Your data center is an annual managed services agreement against your own hardware.

Migration starts with a readiness assessment, after which the work is quoted fixed-fee, so you are not signing an open-ended time-and-materials engagement.

Not ready for a vendor conversation?

Start with a GIS Health Check instead. A scored assessment of your current ArcGIS architecture, performance and risk, with a costed path forward, and no obligation to use us to deliver it.

  • Scored against Esri recommended practice
  • Findings you can take to your own budget cycle
  • Runs whether or not you ever move to cloud

We scope it on a call before anything is quoted.

Your environment. A managed ArcGIS approach built around it.

Our cloud. Your cloud. Your data center. Let's discuss the right fit for your ArcGIS estate.
