  • Voice Support for Esri Technical Helpdesk, Ticket Creation, Ticket Routing
  • Basic Non-Voice Technical Activities
Technical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills with a clear and neutral accent
  • Exposure towards US Technical Support process (Voice) like a technical helpdesk
  • No Reservations towards Night shift
  • Managed IT Services Helpdesk
  • Exposure towards working on a Ticketing Tool
  • Knowledge of Windows administration & System administration
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in US / UK technical support process (voice) in a Helpdesk role
Language Skills
  • Good Communication (Oral and Written) skills
