Job Description
  • The Trainer provides Communication and soft skills training required for on boarding new Analysts, refreshingthe skills of current Analysts, training Analysts for new roles (switching groups, promotion to Tier 2,promotion to Group Lead), and training Group Leads on soft skills.
  • Deliverables include:
    • Training Material Development
    • Attend “train the trainer” events run by Esri
    • Adjust material to local culture and needs
    • Work with the Training Lead to evaluate existing material for timeliness, content and gaps
    • Develop custom material as required (particularly soft skills, accent remediation, communication specific to offshore, etc.).
    • Delivery of Communciation Training
    • Deliver Communication training to CyberTech Analysts and recruits
    • Evaluate Analysts and recruits based on successful absorption of material
    • Delivery of Soft Skills Training including customer service, communication and accentremediation.
    • Evaluate Analysts and recruits based on successful absorption of material.
    • Mentor Analysts and candidates in a one-on-one fashion to improve skills
