Job Description
  • Will be working in Night shift 9 PM to 6 AM IST
  • ILL links Monitoring and Performance monitoring, Detection of malfunctions.
  • Attending to and coordinating to resolve any network problems.
  • Able to resolve system issues (Desktop/ Laptop)/ basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate on Network Incident analysis with Customer Team for any classification and diagnosis.
  • Takes ownership of tickets assigned to him for all Systems/ Network related tickets.
Technical Skills
  • 2 - 5 Years relevant experience in Networking, Voice and Desktop/ Laptop Management.
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Understand the issues, Have Problem Solving, troubleshooting skill
  • 3 Years Diploma or Any Graduation relevant to IT
  • Ready for 24 x 7 support
  • CCNA Certified (Desired)
  • Hands on experience Router L2/L1 switches, Nexus switches
  • Experience on Cisco ASA fire power
  • Should have knowledge of Site 2 Site VPNs, ANY connect, routing protocols OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
  • Should have basic understanding of VOIP
  • Should able to troubleshoot L1 issues IP phones related
  • Should able to coordinate with OEMs to resolve any issues related network.
